Meet the gang

Our day with Hi-5
We were all very excited when
we arrived at school on the morning of our visit to go and see our favourite
band, Hi-5. Soon we would be singing and dancing with Charli, Kathleen,
Kellie, Nathan and Tim just like on TV everyday!
The buses picked us up
from school and took us to where we would meet Hi-5. We were met by a
Hi-5 staff member and taken into a big room, called a studio, where we
could practice our singing and dancing, so that we were ready to sing and dance
with Hi-5. We were each given a piece of fruit and a popper to give us
energy to dance and then we all lined up and were told to be very quiet, as we
were about to meet Hi-5.
The Hi-5 studio was very big and
colourful and there were lots of cameras, props and lights, which we had to be
very careful we didn't fall over or run into. After a few practices, we were
ready to sing and dance with Hi-5.
Charli, Kathleen, Kellie,
Nathan and Tim came running into studio and started waving to us all, so we
cheered and waved back, then we started dancing and singing just like we'd
practiced, except it was much more fun actually doing it with
Hi-5.
We did our dance and song a few more times, watching each
member of Hi-5 very carefully, until we were told it was perfect and that
we were even better than Hi-5.
We were all very tired when we said
goodbye to Hi-5, but we had the coolest time meeting Hi-5 and it
is a day that will be remembered forever!
